If you experience an issue with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or exchange if you notify us within 10 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted, and refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be processed.
Eligibility for refunds or exchanges are determined on a case-to-case basis.
Non-Refundable Items
Due to health, safety, and legal reasons, refunds will NOT be granted for:
- Opened or used products.
- Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer.
- Orders that have already been delivered and accepted by the customer.
- Refund requests made beyond 10 days after delivery.
2. Refund Process

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
3. Returns and Exchanges
- Returns: Due to legal restrictions, we do not accept returns of THCA products.
- Exchanges: If you received the wrong product or a defective item, we may offer an exchange.
4. Shipping Issues
- We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will assist in filing claims if necessary.
- If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping fees.
